New Yorkes for over 15 years.   Maybe you

caught me in a commecial in your local cab,

have spotted me teaching a Mommy & Me

class in park, or have attending a fitness

workshop.

I enjoy, creating better lives, better bodies, and

content on all levels.  Currently producing a

documentary to raise awareness on limb loss.
